# Book plan

Working title:

1. What do I want to write? One untidy sentence is enough.

2. Who might want to read it? Think of one person, not a demographic.

3. What will they leave with: an experience, a question, or something they can do?

## A small first version

Format (novel, novella, essay collection, practical guide, other):

Rough length or number of chapters — a planning guess, not a contract:

What belongs in this book?

What am I deliberately leaving out?

## Make room for it

Two realistic writing windows this week:

Where will I keep the manuscript and a backup?

Smallest useful session when the week falls apart:

Next action I can take in fifteen minutes:

## Example — a practical guide
