Building

Working on a classroom management web app for improving student engagement. It's functional and improving daily. Using it in real classes, tweaking as I go.

Just shipped Ugly Draft Mode - a web editor that hides your text so you can write without editing yourself into paralysis.

Learning

Korean - A few months in. Tracking vocabulary, grammar, and practice sessions. Slow and steady.

Reading

Currently: Inside Coca-Cola by Neville Isdell - operations, turnarounds, decision-making at scale. Reminding me why I like systems work.

Built out my reading list for the next few months(will post shortly).
